AUTOMATIC TECH EARNINGS
Each technician's percentages are configured in that technician's preferences. These company rules only decide when a job counts as outside-county or late-night work.
Daylight is calculated from sunrise and sunset at the job address. The late cutoff defaults to 11:30 PM.
Only the checked ones show up as payment choices on jobs. Card is charged through Square; Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay are paid straight to whoever collects.
The fee comes off the job total first; the tech/company split is then figured on what's left, so both share the fee. Set a fee to 0 to skip it. Each tech's rates are on the Technicians tab.
Import from other software
Export your jobs from your other software as a CSV, then load it here. You'll map its columns to these fields — nothing is imported until you confirm.

1. On a computer, go to developer.squareup.com/apps and sign in with your Square login.
2. Click ＋ New application (name it anything, e.g. "My App"), then open it.
3. At the top, switch to Production (for real payments) — or leave on Sandbox to test first.
4. Copy the Application ID and Access Token from that page.
5. Click Locations in the left menu and copy your Location ID.
6. Paste all three below and tap Save, then Test.
