Account info (name, email, company), the business data you enter (jobs, customers, inventory, invoices), and payment details needed to run subscriptions. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Square) — we store only limited details such as the last 4 digits.
You may enter information about your customers, including photos of IDs and vehicle documents, to run your business. You are the owner/controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store it.
To provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell your data.
Payments are processed by Square. Their handling of card data is governed by Square's own privacy terms.
We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your login credentials safe.
You can export or delete your account data from your settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your company's data from the active system.
