JobNeek ("we", "us") provides field-service management software to businesses ("you"). By creating an account or using JobNeek, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed monthly to the card you place on file. You authorize us to charge that card each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
JobNeek lets you connect your own payment processor (e.g., Square) to charge your customers. Those transactions are between you, your customer, and your processor. You are responsible for your own charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and compliance.
You own your business data. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to store any information you enter, including your customers' information.
Do not use JobNeek for unlawful purposes, to store data you are not authorized to keep, or in a way that harms the service or others.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobNeek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
